Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Caffeinated Code d.o.o.(“Caffeinated Code,” “we,” or “us”) for the use of the Packerly app. By downloading or using Packerly, you agree to them. Please read them — we’ve kept them human-readable.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Packerly on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Subscriptions and the free trial

• Packerly offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Essentials and Packerly AI) on monthly and annual terms, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the standard rate.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple Account subscription settings on your device.
• Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. We do not process payments and generally cannot issue refunds ourselves — refund requests go through Apple.

Acceptable use

Use Packerly for lawful, personal travel planning. Don’t use it to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or misuse the AI features to generate harmful content.

Packing lists are suggestions

Packerly’s lists, AI suggestions, and reminders are aids, not guarantees. Always verify your own essentials — passports, visas, medication, tickets, and travel documents — yourself. We are not responsible for anything left behind, missed, or incorrect.

No warranty

Packerly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caffeinated Code will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Packerly. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll revise the effective date above, and continued use of Packerly after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
